临近高考和考试过程中,考生难免出现焦虑紧张的心理。为了发挥出应有的水平,应该注意克服焦虑心理。 一、考前复习过程中 临近考试,心理紧张,许多学生感觉学习发展到“欲速不达”的情况,这就是学习 上的“高原现象”。出现“高原现象”之后,成绩提高不能再靠简单的机械性学习,而是需要沉着应对,克服焦虑心态,促成对问题的顿悟。 1、复习的任务是培养思维方法,不是知识的机械重复。 中学阶段的知识淀积,对多数学生迎考来说已经是足够的了。而现在高考的命题又不是讲究知识覆盖面,试题的取材也多是课本之外的现实问题,这更要求考生灵活地应对。因此,考前不要在知识机械记忆上下工夫,重点应该放在锻炼思维能力上。 2、考前要注意调节情绪。 考试前要保持坦然的心态,正确对待各种考试。积极进取,但不要刻意追求。主动配合老师完成教学计划,不要我行我素,与老师对立。要有一颗“平常心、平静心”来对待复习应考。做到了行动上的“不急”,心理才能“不躁”。情绪稳定了,学习效率才会高。同学之间不要大事、小事斤斤计较,免得影响学习心境。 3、经常进行积极的“自我暗示”。 进行自我暗示,能够将消极的影响变成积极的作用。如在紧张情绪到来时,提醒自己:“我一定行,没有必要紧张。”如果失眠了,就告诉自己:“失眠是不想睡,等困了就睡着了。”遇到不会的问题,告诉自己:“相信我一定能做出,如果我不会别人也不会。”……再如:我今天精神特别好,学习效率一定高;这几天胃口好,身体一定不会有问题……通过暗示,减轻心理压力,消除紧张的情绪,达到鼓舞斗志的目的。 4、往最好处做,不要计较最后结果。 抓住复习应考的机会,尽自己的最大努力,对考试结果不要过早思考、过分顾虑。在考试前不要谈论考试结果的问题,也不要给自己下达“硬性指标”。要因人而异地安排复习时间,不要打疲劳战术,充足的睡眠、健康的身体、清醒的头脑是高效率学习的保证。 二、考试过程中 为了避免考试过程中出现紧张、慌乱的心态,考生应该注意以下几点: 1、提前熟悉考场,消除陌生感。 在考试前一天,到考点看看自己考场的位置,熟悉一下环境,免得考试时因环境陌生而紧张。同时,在看考场时也要注意一下洗手间位置、上下楼梯的位置等。免得有问题时,因环境生疏而手忙脚乱。 2、进入考场前,不要慌乱。 适时提前行动,不要匆忙赶路。每年都有这样的考生,因赶路受伤的、忘记带文具和准考证的。在到考场前,把所用物品找全,慢慢进入考场,不要再大声讨论问题,免得进入考场后不能快速平静。 3、进入考场到正式考试前。 进入考场,要尽快安静,不要交谈,如果心情紧张,可以做几次深呼吸。摆放好自己的文具和准考证,等待老师发卷。当试题发下来后,可能离考试还有几分钟时间,这时虽然不能用笔答题,但你可以浏览试卷,检查试卷是否有破损、印刷不清等问题。 4、答卷过程中,注意减少失误丢分。 答卷过程中注意几个问题:⑴要明白速度、正确率、规范的答卷是得高分的保证。为提高涂答题卡的速度,考前可把铅笔磨成扁平头;解题答题要提高速度,但不能影响正确率。遇到难题要先放弃,最后再攻关。书写要认真,规范,不要潦草等等。⑵答题过程中,要注意冷静分析,当遇到熟悉的问题时要看与自己所见题目有无变化,防止照搬答案不得分;当遇到难题时,要思考与之相关的基础知识,从中找出问题的突破口。⑶交卷前的检查修改,要尊重第一印象,拿不准的不要随便改动,免得改错了答案。⑷准备好手绢,免得出汗湿了答题卡和试卷。⑸注意涂卡的顺序,避免漏涂或多涂引起大量失分。 总之,答卷过程中要记住: 高分得到需技巧,速度规范不可少。遇到熟题看变化,避免生搬和硬套。 碰到难题不要慌,答案要从基础找。不求题题都去做,舍卒保车很重要。 不求题题都做上,争取做的得满分。检查修改很慎重,答案改错最糟糕。 三、每科考试结束后 为稳定考试情绪,避免产生慌乱心理,每科考试结束后,也应该注意以下问题: 1、收拾好自己的物品,迅速离开考场。 收拾好自己的物品,特别是准考证不能丢失,避免下一场用时找不到。离开考场后,尽早休息确保下一场考试精力旺盛。 2、交卷后,同学不要对答案。 交卷后,知道与不知道结果已经是不重要了。同学之间不要对答案,免得知道了自己的错题,影响下一科的考试情绪。 3、考试期间学习、活动和休息的作息时间不要改变,避免打乱已经形成的生物钟。
